Hi everyone
for the past two weeks i have been searching for the answer t\to my problem all help is wanted.
Whats happening is, it seems that when ever that i'm doing any thing difficult finder closes everthing and restarts, I get the blue screen with the cog turning sort of symbol, then finder opens back up as if I had just turned it on, usually the second time it takes longer to restart and third time I usually force a shut down.
It has happened doing the followinng tasks:
-deleting a song from itunes
-running mutiple windows in safari then opening a pdf
-running avi's
-opening multiple programs etc
I am able to get it everytime when I delete a song, very frustrating.
I have tried a few things to fix it such as;
Disk utility - ran with only minor errors
finder crash logs - I don't really know what i should look for
Hardware test - found a memory error(installed by apple bout a year and a half ago)
I took the ram out but the problem still occured.
As I said I have search extensivly for answers but nothing
Please help
Jake
