Frozen Bubble (please port it)

hi,
does anyone here know if it is possible to port the game Frozen Bubble (http://www.frozen-bubble.org/) to mac os X.
I have written to the authur, asking him if there would be a mac os x version and he said

"I'm not really interested in that proprietary OS :).
"
I have no idea how to port but my daugher likes the game

after looking at the game it looks like an imitation of snood.. an original mac game.

I believe the author has released a version for OS X.
I'm looking for it right now.

Snood was the game i was actually looking for, but i didnt think there was a carbon version.
now all the Snood addicts in the house can get their fix again.
