Am using FTP to upload a website to a server. Can connect to the server and access the different folders. Can also upload ASCII files (html, htm) no problem. However, this is the problem I can't upload binary files (jpeg and gif) they are only about 10kb files. Have tried uploading the files at different times, have tried using different FTP clients (Transmit, Cyberduck (problem with this one) etc) but each have the same problem. The binary files will not go. The connection to the server times out. Am using MACOSX 10.3.9 and have turned all the web sharing stuff off. Have contacted my web server adminsrtator - says there is nothing he can fine wrong. Can anyone help please, even contact tranmit for help and they can't help. Please what is happening. Many thanks in advance for your help.
