FTP server software for 10.4?

Hey, I'm looking for a good bit of FTP server software (more involved than what comes built in OSX - need mutiple user accounts locked into their home folders, etc.) before I buy another Mac to replace my windoze FTP server - is there anything really good/easy to set up that doesn't cost what Rumpus costs?

I searched the forums with several different strings and couldn't find this covered...

Any help is appreciated!

Depending on your needs, you might wanna look into OSX server.
