I have an iMac laptop G4 running OSX 10.3.9 that is normally connected to the internet through a cable modem. Several weeks ago, I purchased an Airport Express and was enjoying wireless up until the other day. Now, the Airport status monitor tells me I have a strong signal (computer is right next to the base station) but cannot connect to the internet. If I remove the ethernet cable from the base station and plug it back into the computer, the internet comes right up. I have unplugged everything, reset the cable modem and base station (both physically with the little button and using the Airport Utility). I am currently connected to the internet through the cable modem, and yet my Airport signal is still strong (though the ethernet cable is not plugged into the base station). My Airport location is Automatic and configured through DHCP. I have attempted seemingly every combination of configurations through the utility software. When I run Aiport Setup Assistant, it consistenly states that no new airport networks are found. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
