Future iPod features

I was just wondering what some of the features that you all would like to see in the next generation iPods.
Here is what I would like to see if the iPod were to garner a color display:
- The ability to link to iPhoto, like iTunes, to copy images. This way you can store images from your digiCam in the iPod, then further copy to iPhoto with one device. Also, you can keep your favourite photos from iPhoto on the iPod to take with you and share with friends, family, etc.

This is just one of the many features I would like to see included.
-I would like the same functionality with iMovie so you can take your favorite family videos along...
 
Myself I would like them to do something about their batteries.Why not have the pod keep the remainder of the charge that you haven't used.So if say after a week of it not in use you'll still have a couple of hours of playtime instead of nothing.
 
I would like more games! Bowling or tetris or football, anything. None of the iPod games are good except for solitaire.

Personally, i don't see the need for games on an mp3 player. I'd rather see them add relevant things, like lossless codec support, gapless playback, and better battery life.
 
I'd like to see the ability to say "Scotty, beam me up"...

... and push a button to actually do it. :D

That seems very unlikely, just because transfer speeds would be very slow (compared to firewire and usb2). Unless you are talking about streaming the music wirelessly to a player, instead of transferring songs wirelessly. But it sounds like you are talking about the latter.
 
ok.. here goes... (perhaps in reverse order)

1. dj features.. come on.. there are a million djs nowadays.. an ipod should be able to adjust pitch, cue the next track on a different audio output.. adjust tempo on either track.. and mix them.. yes.. they should.. then anyone could break out their ipod and have a little party.. and we NEED more parties.. loosen up people

2. a remote with an lcd readout ???????? hello !!!!!!!!!!!!!

3. audio recording.... to plug into anything and record.. a TV.. stereo.. band performance.. DJ live set.. oh my....

AGAIN.... hellllllllloooooo APPPPPPPLLLLLEEEE ??????

yeah.. the ipod was a hit.. but with these features... fuggettaboutit !!
 
I wonder how much of a price increase those features would cost djbeta.What might it do to the size of the iPod as well?):
