G4 and OSX CD?

Do the G4's come with an actual CD to reload OS X or do the have a rebuild partition? Will I have issues if I want to reparation right away? Thanks!
 
It comes with a DVD with the full OS-X, and it now also has a repair utility (i never had to try it).
