G4 Slowing Down

Greetings: My G4 PowerPC is slowing down. I am running OSX 10.4.8 and have more than enough memory. The colored spinning wheel pretty much shows up most times then I am using Safari and navigating around certain site such as Netflix. I have run Disk Warrior, repaired my permissions, used Disk Utility but I still feel I am not geting peak performance from my Mac.

Also, make sure you have at least 10 GB of free space - OS X uses hard drive space for virtual memory, and many issues can come up if you don't have enough space.
