I've got a G5. After a short while I turn on the computer, the computer will freeze.If I boot in Safe mode the computer is working fine. I removed few items from the start up,I used disk utilities to verify and repair permissions, but no it keeps freezing when I start up normally.

There is something in the startup/login items that doesn't seem to agree with it...
Log in in safe mode, and go to system preferences. Disable all login items for your user.
Restart back in normal mode. If it still freezes, go back to safe mode, and open Font Book. Disable all user added fonts, and try in normal mode again.
If it still freezes, go once more back to safe mode, and look at console logs for the time of freezes, and copy paste here what the console logs generate for the freeze time. /Applications/Utilities is the location of the Console application.
