G5 Loud Fans!!

Hi,
I just purchased an G5 PowerMac from someone and the fans are overpowering. From startup they go from low to high speed full blast and just stay there. I'm using this in a recording studio so the noise is really unbearable. I have tried the SMU reset and checked the fan sensor but still no luck. Can anyone tell me what may be causing this and what I can do to fix this?
 
It sounds like the processors need to be recalibrated. If this is the case you will need to take the machine to an Apple authorized shop to get the processors recalibrated because only AASPs have access to the software. Did the machine just have a processor or both processors replaced? Did the processors get moved around or swapped?
