G5 Tower Power Light Stuck On

I am having a problem with my Powermac G5 tower, where the Power light is stuck on. I have unplugged it and tried resetting the power, but immediately when I plug in the power cable into the Tower the power light comes on and no response from pressing the power button. Any one have any ideas? Thanks
 
I've seen this problem only twice so far in my repair shop and it seems to be the logic board. Swapping the front panel board or the power supply made no difference in either case. The light will even come on with the processors removed! Each time I quoted the customer on part-exchange for the write-off against a new G5, the repair was simply uneconomic. I have yet to find anyone who can repair serious G5 logic board faults.
