GB JamPack pricing discount

Something interesting. I looked up the GarageBand Jam Pack on the US Apple site, $99. Ok, I was considering it but I'm working in Singapore right now so I checked the Singapore Apple site to see if it's available (and also if any midi keyboards were also available). Nothing on the keyboards, but I ordered the Jam Pack for $99, that's S$99, which translates (as of Saturday) to US$58.51, almost half the price.
Too bad the prices weren't like that for anything else (I checked iPods, iLife, iBooks, PowerBooks and G5), but still a bargain nevertheless.

Yeah, since I work at NASA (not _for_ NASA) I get to use the Federal Employee Purchase store. Most software is 50% off (Panther for $64.50, iLife $24.50, GB Jam Pack $49.50 etc) and most hardware is 10% off.

WOW! It's quite amazing that you can find Apple products cheaper outside the States!

The price has now moved on the Singapore site to S$111.24 but that still equates to about US$ 65 - sweeeeeeet!
