Generation 4 iPod

Greetings, I have a generation 4 iPod (20 GB, Click wheel). My click wheel stopped working about a week ago. I've tried resetting it and even restore it to factory setting, but with no luck. I'm at my wits end and about to throw this thing against the wall. Please help.

If it's under warranty return it and Apple should swap it or repair it. You have nothing to lose if you have already wiped all your songs off it.

does it still click, but not turn? like, it is physically working, but the touch sensor has died?

if so it's new ipod time. apple didn't even bother to fix mine, they gave me a new one, as it was still under warranty (just, this was last august). i'm guessing yours probably isnt...
