After seeing what a upgrade did on my G3 iBook my eMac is feeling mighty slow. I want to upgrade the Ram on this puppy and get her up to speed. So I wanted to ask. Would any brand of "512mb SDram (168-pin)" work? I can get some savings by ordering off ebay but need to be sure I don't have to buy super specific memory sticks.
 
I wouldn't go for no-names and Kingstons. Macs are very sensitive toward low quality ram. Ok, Kingston is not really low quality, but I read about many issues.
Good brands I know about: Infineon, Samsung and Corsair.
