Good PDA for Doctors and OS X?

Hey guys,

My wife is a doctor and needs a new PDA that she can transfer application programs that she downloads for her job.
What is the best PDA OS for her? She wants an HP, but I’ve heard of issues transferring .exe’s from Mac to PDA (w/o using Virtual PC).

Any suggestions? Mostly, she has to be able to transfer application files reliably.

As far as the PDA it really depends on the type of application files she is transfering.
As far as software there is PocketMac. It works well with most PDA's From Palm, Windows Pocket PC and BlackBerry's.
