I was wondering how do i clear the search history in google? For example if i previously search "apple" and the next day i type "a" suggestions come up, with apple in it. I know with my old comuter (microsoft PC) that you just hold your mouse on it and press delete, but i tried that and it doesnt work. Clearing history in 'history' does no good either... thanks

I suppose you use Safari as your browser.

Try Safaris Preferences (Cmd-,) Tab "AutoFill"/Other Forms/Edit and delete the Google-Entry. I'll attach Screenshots of the procedure for your comfort.
