I just set up the following processes to run faster - Internet Explorer, WindowServer, SystemUIServer, Dock, ApplicationServices

And set the following processes to run slower - Microsoft Entourage, ICQ, iTune Helper, Magic Menu, SleepLock, LoginWidnow...

I still haven't figured out what iTunesHelper does, can somebody please enlighten me?

Used it and now.. i have no desktop..the computer is fully working ..but i have no desktpo and no idcons :-( any clue?

Have you follow the instructions and set the program? There should be 2 program inside the folder. 1 is a backgroup process that you cannot see in the dock after running. Another is a Menu Extra right next to your Date/Sound Menu Extras.

Click on the new one and you will see a list of current processes.

It's the thing that checks if an iPod is attached. You know how when you attach an iPod, iTunes automatically opens? iTunesHelper does that.

oh yea, so i just set it to lower prior although i've an iPod.
