You mean you didn't look at the software that is already installed before buying the powerbook?

<shrug> I guess I am just in that habit -- I want to know how much extra money I'll spend on software...

They didn't mention on their PowerBook web site but PowerMac's. I asked the sales in the shop and they said that I maight need to register it by myself since Apple only bundled the software...

Anyway, the GraphicConverter there is version 4.1 but not upgradeable. It doesn't have a code for you. If you need to use the free version, you must use the one comes in the Apple Application disc.
