I have redone the site deciding not to use flash but just html with a simple yet nice design, its still in progress but tell me what you think. Thanks.

Hey, I really like that. I must say that I'm not a fan of sites that must be displayed in their own windows at a specific size, however. There are some simple ways around that though. And I think some of the giant drop shadows could be eased up a little. Overall, quite nice!

(And I'm a hard guy to please.)

I agree with BitWit, the simplicity of the design is very appealing, unlike phatcactus, I like the differently sized windows but have found that they don't always work with all browsers that well so are sort of risky. The color plan is good too. Catchy but not obnoxious.
