Well, my dictionary has a definition for 'black humour' too. In my humble opinion. Caricature of Condoleeza Rice is what keeps me laughing, along with the first apparition of GWB in the story.

It's both actually. You can weep or you can laugh about it, in both cases it's a hysterical and irrational reaction.
Again I can't help about thinking about that great game, Civilization ... and about how realistic it can appear to be sometimes ...
