I'm having some serieus problems with my mac os x (panther) for a while, but today it got out of hand :s
To some up a few things that happen:
I cant install any updates - when i connect to the internet and execute a software update the search works and i can see the available updates (8 in my case) but when i go on, the program 'hangs' - it just stops and dont respond.
I have a lot of such programs that 'hangs', for example the calculator - it starts, i can type something in it, but when i type something like '*' or "+,-,/" it 'hangs' also when i want to select something from the menu - the same happens with teksteditor - the calc and teksteditor problems are solved when i startup my fonttype-gallery :s
Help is much appreciated,
