Haveing trouble Installing Call of Duty:UO Patch 1.5

I tried to Install the 1.5 patch and the installer just crashes when I click the "choose" button to pick the folder. Then I thought maybe it was just drag and drop. But i can't seem to get it to work. Tried 2 different sites. Anyone else have this problem when trying to upgrade it?
