having trouble setting up PDC for windows users

Please help me. i am very new to this server and in the process of learning.

I want to use os x server to create domain controller for my windows pc. i google and found a guide at http://www.wazmac.com/quickstarts/pdf/osx_server/leopard/13_win_domain.pdf

I did what it had told me to do, from configuring the smb selecting the pdc to Setting up a Windows Profiles Folder, Creating Login Scripts to tailor the Windows environment and etc. however when i want to join my window to the domain. it prompt out that windows can't find the domain i had setup. i am so sad!!

- The DNS SRV record is not registered in DNS.

- One or more of the following zones do not include delegation to its child zone:

test123
. (the root zone)
