Why does it have a name that makes it sound like an unknown *X system (something like os/s, IRIX, etc) ???
 
French way to make some words sound groovy. Same as "z" in English, as in Breakz or Brotherz.
 
Uh, i don't like the *X names UNLESS they have something to do with the *X - such as unix, os x, aix, os/2, irix, linux ....

It's misleading.

Or at least to me it gives the taste of a *x based os.
 
Well, the game does run on Mac OS X. ;)

But the download doesn't work right now. :(

Anyone care to give a new link so I can try this out or should I just look at it later, when the FTP-Server is back from holidays? :p

I have seen Matrix.

for the other questions the answer is NO. i know those terminologies in other than english, and they don't terminate in -X.
there is no videorental with that name, and right, perfect, i never studied any chemistry in english. of anything that sounds a bit the same i can imagine only a variety in other languages: helio, helium, ..
besides, how are _those_ related to the game mentioned above?

apart from unix related terms i admit, my x-terminolody in english in miserable, enjoy: sex, six, box, fix, hex, hoax.
Never mind..
 
... besides, as being a software product, i think this would be more logical in the software board... or as a game, in cafè? :confused:
