... Apple Music Store -aholic

Back in my youth, I purchased too many music tapes to count. They are all worn out these days. We even packed away the tape player to make room for a DVD player.

The past ten years we have collected many CDs. Most are not replications of the old tapes. I had never had a desire to search record stores for a CD of Edie Brickell & New Bohemians' Shooting Rubberbands at the Stars. Nor did I wish to pay Amazon's shipping.

So here I am impulse buying away. Seeing album's of my old tapes in digital glory just one click away is too much to resist.

I need help.

I know someone else who doesn't yet admit he's apple music store -holic ... (uh, 50 G of mp3s and redoing all in aac and buying mmh some stuff of the music store..) ... i was thinking to make an applescript to quit the itunes 4 after 12 seconds of use to prevent him from buying...

Four albums and nine singles later... Personally I'm glad that they only offer about 230.000 songs right now. If they had everything I wanted I'd be seriously broke.

I have ripped a lot of my CD collection to AAC. I hadn't done it with mp3 because I didn't think the quality was as good. Now I need a bigger hard drive...
