Help me help this PC person until their mac arrives (calendar sync PC>>ical)!!

I know a person who is a PC person... she uses Outlook tied into the company Outlook calendar system.

She just got a new job though working for a scientist that uses a Mac and ical.

She will be getting a mac eventually... but for the time being.. is there anyway the two can sync/share calendar information so that she can start helping the scientist with her calendar ??

Any creative solutions anyone can offer would be extremely appreciated.
