Help me make a decision (iTouch related)

I can either get an older 8GB iTouch in mint condition for $230

or

the newer 8GB iTouch for $300 (approximately with taxes)

My question is... is $70 worth having the newer iTouch? If so, what _ARE_ the differences between the two?
