Help ! nibindd missing on Mac OS X Server 10.1.3

I have a problem with netinfo on my Mac OS X server. If I want to execute
nidomain -l
from the server, i get :

The "nibindd" daemon is not running on this desktop system.
Port information is not available.

I can't restart NetInfo from the NetInfo Manager for the same reason. What did i do

I'm not running OSX Server, but I'm on the Client version right now and I got the same error.

And, I also can't restart my domain(s) on this computer either.
