Hello,
Okay, I have this annoying CIFS mount partition on my desktop and I can't remove it. I remember back in the days of 10.0 or maybe even 10.1, I installed SOMETHING, that made this connection. However, I can "eject" it cause it says I don't have permission. I can delete it, and it's of no use to me. It mounts at startup.
I am having trouble installing some software because it is trying to "scan" this CIFS volume that has nothing on it and the installer is locking up.
So, what was just "another icon" on my desktop, now is a stumbling block to installing some software.
Scott
