HELP!!! The keys on my laptop changed functions!!

The keys on my Mac iBook 64 laptop are suddenly in the command function and i have no idea how to get them off of it!!! Somebody please help me!!!!
 
I'm thinking this is not a Server question?

Do you have Num Lock enabled at the top of the keyboard? It'll be lit green if you do and can cause this sort of behavior. :)

System Preferences > Keyboard and mouse > Use the F1 - F12 Keys to control software features.
