Hi
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Cheers

I have 10.4.11 macbook. I am trying to put my iphone into sync with Itunes but when plugging the iphone in(vers 4) a prompt says I have to update to Itunes 10. Then When I get Itunes 10 and try to install it says that "This package requires mac osx 10.5. But I have tried updating tiger and I needed to free 11 gig of space, once I did that the mac still would not let me update. Why can I not update my OSX and is their any other simple ways of getting around the problem.... hope this is not a confusing explanation.

Any help is much appreciated once again

Steven

iTunes 9.2.1 is the most recent version supported by MacOS X 10.4.11. This combination supports iOS 4.1 and earlier. If you want to upgrade to MacOS X 10.5, then you must acquire a retail distribution MacOS X 10.5 [Leopard] DVD. You cannot use the System Restore disc from another computer.
