Help with Firewall, Network or FTP Settings?

Hi Guys, I am a fairly new switcher and have searced the forums, but haven't been able to find anything which leaps out at me as being a solution for this problem. Apologies in advance if this has been covered elsewhere.

I am trying to upload files to Rapidshare from my new iMac. Using wireless broadband router/modem and airport.

I can do this from my PC on the same connection, so am assuming its nothing to do with the configuration of the router/ modem or my isp, but rather a setting on OS X that I need to change. Is there something I need to open or change on the network settings?

Any assistance greatfully recieved.

I can load files to Megaupload, so I guess this isn't an OS X issue at all, but rather something to do with my Rapidshare account.
