I've been following the Stepwise article (http://www.stepwise.com/Articles/Workbench/eart.2.2.html) on setting up Postfix and I'm having problems installing imapd. When I telnet to port 143 I get:

* OK [CAPABILITY IMAP4REV1 LOGIN-REFERRALS STARTTLS LOGINDISABLED] [192.168.1.2] IMAP4rev1 2002.328 at Tue, 1 Oct 2002 23:05:46 -0500 (CDT)
The Stepwise article doesn't show STARTTLS or LOGINDISABLED in the example banner and, as LOGINDISABLED suggests, I can't login via telnet.
Any thoughts on how to get around this? Or can someone point a Unix newbie towards a recent tutorial on setting up Postfix with Jaguar? Thanks.
