HOTMAIL... not accessible, help!

Hi guys,

I got a MacBook about a month ago running Leopard... ever since day one I have had a problem in accessing hotmail...

The kind of problem is it simple won't load, what I mean is after pressing enter it starts with a http then switches to https then to http then to https ..and so on...

I don't have this kind of problem with ANY other website...and i've attempted my cache and checked my firewall settings to no avail. I have also tried loading hotmail via its IP address, still no luck.

Anyone else experienced this?! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
 
What browser are you using? Have you tried with another browser like Firefox (if you're not using that already)?

I haevn't played much with the latest Safari so I'm not exactly sure. Have you applied the latest 10.5.1 update to your Leopard installation? That might have some bug fixes for Safari included that might resolve this situation.

I use hotmail with no problem on Safari...

When you use hotmail, are you going via "http://home.live.com/?mkt=en-us"? Have you converted your hotmail account to Windows Live (which MSN handles for you automatically)...

Yeah, it's weird that I know this, I'm usually so anti-Microsoft :-)
