You talking to me!
We have a small network of 9 Macs and we need to share AddressBook info across that network.
In the past with OS 9 and using the Address Book app buy Jim Smith. BTW, his web site (www.jimsmithsoft.com ) is now a penis enlargement site !!.
Anyway we used to make take the data file that was kept on one Mac and make an alias on the other Macs (which each had a proper version of the software). So that when one person added an address everyones addresses got updated etc.
My question is how can I do the same in OS X with Apple's AddressBook?
I tried using an alias from one Macs AddressBook folder in the Application Support folder to mine, but the app kept quitting on startup (I made a backup first).
If its possible and easy...ish that will mean that we can switch to OS X for good or at least for 95% of the time.
Thanks in advance
eric
