Dear helpful person,
l have virgin ntlworld.com email account and several family users. Want to set their email accounts up/change passwords etc. When l try to access the Virgin Self Care customer zone my safari/imac software says it cannot access the website as it is unable to establish a secure connection with the server. l am sure this happened once before and l was directed to a fix it apple site but l cannot remember. l don't want to phone virgin as their customer service is useless and l am sure they will tell me it is an apple issue. Also, main email is working justnot the ones l have added more recently, is this anything to do with apple's recent security upgrade?
