How do i see (visualy) what people are doing on my LAN/Wireless Lan

Hi,

I would like to know how to visually see what exactly people using my LAN are doing. I have a OSX machine with a NEW :D Belkin Wireless ADSL Router doing my Internet and two XP laptops that use the wifi.

If you want to see specifically what is on the displays of the WinXP machines, then you'll need to run a VNC client like TightVNC.
However, if you're asking more about "what sites are they visiting and what are they doing?" overview of the network, you might need to use something like Ethereal or Ettercap.
What is it you are trying to achieve?
 
i would like to know exactly what they are doing on the win XP machines. I assume i need to install something on the XP machine for this to work?
