how do you set up cash box?

We've downloaded the program and I am really having a hard time trying to get it going! I've put in my account info. or my husband did, but I 'm having a hard time trying to get updates online. The message that keeps coming up is that cashbox wasn't connected to the right site or whatever. I don't know how to get this program going, can you give me step by step instructions, please? Thanks!

Your best bet is to first go to Cash Box tech support. They may have directions for set-up posted on their website somewhere. Hopefully they have good service and can give you step-by-step instructions.

If you need help from us, please be as detailed as you can, and we can hopefully give you a more accurate answer. A few things you can tell us:

1. Your system specifications (like your operating system)
2. The exact message that keeps coming up (telling us that "cashbox wasn't connected to the right site or whatever" doesn't really help us find the nature of your issue)

At least that info will allow people to better diagnose the problem. But I would first contact Cashbox and read any and all tech support or installation instructions they provide. Step two would be to contact a real person there if the instructions didn't help, hopefully they provide a way to contact customer service or tech support.
