HOW is this possible?

I have a website on a web hosting in another country. It's a community with IM etc. I did not have it for long as I used o have my own server.

Since I got the service, my personal IP address have been blocked several times in their firewall / IP table as for some reason my computer has been sending to many packages.

Today I was blocked again, and they had a closer look at the log. This is the server log:

cp3 kernel: Firewall: *UDP_IN Blocked* IN=eth0 OUT= MAC=6c:f0:49:61:85:65:00:25:90:12:41:84:08:00 SRC=93.109.195.74 DST=95.143.206.25 LEN=52 TOS=0x00 PREC=0x00 TTL=27 ID=33850 PROTO=UDP SPT=51549 DPT=33575 LEN=32

So it looks like it's my torrent client Transmission that is sending packages every 5 seconds from port 51549 to server port 33575.

But how is this possible???

Interesting.

If you quit Transmission, does the FTP (or whichever way and app you want to connect there) work? Maybe refresh the IP if possible too.
Any errors when connecting via Terminal?

When I am banned (PERMBLOCK) I can't reach my server IP in anyway as I'm blocked from my IP in their firewall.

I can't change my the IP I'm given from my ISP.
