HOW TO change dock switching application shortcut ?

Hello, every one,
I have a problem occuring when I'm working with Illustrator.
One of its main shortcut is Command-tab, to switch from black to white arrow. As you all know, this shortcut is taken over by MAC OS X to switch between applications. I searched thoroughly through the help menus, but with no success. Can anyone of you help to change the shorcut, via software or terminal ?

I wish I remembered how to do that. :-/

Btw, moving to general system board, this topic fits there better ;)
