How to crop

rharder

Do not read this sign.
Sorry, I'm not at my Mac now so maybe my memory is broken, but I seem to recall that this is how you crop:

In "edit" mode (see buttons at the bottom), begin dragging a box around your image where you want to crop and then hit the crop button.

'noticed a lot of people had questions about that. Hope this helps.

?ve tried this way, it doesn't work. I must tell that these photos are copied from a CD. Is it possible that these are locked ?

When I use the finder to watch these, the info window doesn't mantion they are locked, but I cannot lock these neither. It's like I have no control on these images.

I've found the solution ! It was a security problem.

All file coming from CDs have been copied with rx.rx.rx. protection. By using the terminal window and applying chmod 777 *.jpg to the folder, I solved the problem.

Do do it in one time to all images, the easiest way is to go to the iPhoto Library, and then apply chmod 777 */*/*/*.jpg

There should be such an option directly in iPhoto !!!
