But in Mozilla when I click the email link it always pops up its email app. How can I bypass this????? Click to expand... Locate your Mozilla profile directory. For standard FizzillaCFM builds, it's at /Users/yourhomedir/Library/Mozilla/Profiles/default/(something).slt For Mach-O builds it's /Users/yourhomedir/.mozilla/Profiles/default/(somethingelse).slt Create a text file called user.js if it doesn't already exist. Add the following line to the file: user_pref("network.protocol-handler.external.mailto", true); Yes, there should be UI in the app preferences somewhere to do this, but I don't know if anyone's opened a bug for it yet. Once you've done this, Mozilla will forward mailto URLs to whatever you've specified as your mail client in System Preferences Internet panel.
