How to move online imap folders offline (mail.app)

I'm just a bit confused... using Mail.app and will be cancelling my .mac this week. I've been using .mac's IMAP folders with offline syncron. Now, I know the folders are mirrored locally also, but I want to "fix" the folder structure to keep them accessible in Mail.app with my new email account but because I am using POP mail now, I want to have them in the right place.

Any tips?

That wasn't tough... did some poking around and all had to go was create new folders "on my mac" and drag and drop the IMAP folders to them.
Nifty!
