can someone please explain to me how i can learn code to program and make applications and how to learn code to create a web site.

I don't think that is something that one could do over a message board. I will give you a good place to start though.

Go here http://www.w3schools.com/ and start doing some of their HTML tutorials.

I find HTML to be a very eaisy language after you learn it.
