I have goggled and I cant find a clear answer so here goes.
I have a website, that has a contact us form, that sends me an email with basic info, the format of the message is as so

Your Name: Gary Smith
Your Email: gary@nowhere.com
Product Interest: ProductABC
Any Questions?: No.
So I have a few hundred messages like this that I want to build some type of email list in a CSV or txt files or any data type from.
I looked to see if there are any tools to do this but I cant find any eGrabber type of tools to do this. Is this possible to write some type of AppleScript with automaton to pull this data out of the messages and put them in a csv or something like that. Email forms from websites have been around since the late 80's I cant imagine Im the first person to want to pull this data out using a mac.
