How will firewire800 work. Will we have to buy new video cameras, hard drives, etc. Or will the existing firewire hardware just work faster with just some kind of cabling change.
There's an adapter to use on the older Firewire devices on the 800mb port. It'll work as the older Firewire. Plus, the new machines will have both the 400 and 800 ports.
