Have just got an HP colorlaserjet CP 1515. When trying to install it, the CD worked fine and the printer appears in the list. But when I click Add, I get the message server-error-service-unavailable. My HP deskjet 5150 worked fine for some years, but a few days ago, it suddenly cut out and I got the same message. I could not re-install the driver or better, it was not recognised. Tried everything from gutenprint to reset to repair. I use Mac OS X 10.4.11. The printer works fine on my husband's PC? What is happening? Note people have had the same problem with other printers before. What can I do?daggi
