I can't open my e-mails, youtube videos,

I have a Mac OS X G4 800 Mhz 15, 768 Mb ram, with 10.2.8. sovtwere. I can't open my e-mails in Windowslive hotmail, msn, youtube videos. Can I do it anyhow? If a new sovtwere is needed, which one? And can I put it to computer without the previous sovtwere? Ex. From 10.2.8 to 10.6? And can I put 10.6? Somebody is selling a 10.6 on the same computer on ebay. Is it true?
And I can't use my airport. When I write the password of Duke's Lodge, the system sais: The password is wrong. What can I do?

MacOS X 10.6 is Intel-only. You cannot run it on your machine. In fact, the most recent version of MacOS X that is supported on your machine is MacOS X 10.4.11. MacOS X 10.5 may be installed if you know what you are doing. As for the websites that you can't access, you have no given no information that can be used to diagnose your problem--except that you are running a six-year old OS. I have not used MacOS X 10.2.8 since 2004. Therefore, I have no idea if that is your problem or not. As a general proposition, however, you really ought to upgrade your OS to MacOS X 10.4 and then use Software Update to fully-update it.
