Should I be concerned--do I have an unstable situation on my hands?
On my iBook, I originally installed OS X only. A month later, I decided intall OS 9. I did so, but neglected to use Drive Setup to format my drive. I chose the "clean installation" option for OS 9.2.1. To my surprise, the computer booted up in OS X, and Classic works. (True, there's some weird issue where the dock is still visible in Classic). Booting up into OS 9 works too.
Anyway, just about everywhere says OS 9 must be installed first, except for here:

Look at the "Tip" on page 18. What do y'all think? Am I asking for trouble? TIA for anyfeedback.
