I have Mac G4 system 10.3.9 and I have Hotmail Messenger but I can't type Arabic Text. can I get help to use Arabic with Hotmail Messenger?

Have you tried using aMSN or Adium? Both support the MSN Messenger protocol and they might have support for your language.
